Frank is a real estate broker and an expert on finding the perfect real estate investments for their model.

Kate’s Houses are the first Washington state (WAQRR) accredited

Level II medically assisted treatment homes.

Frank and Sherri’s recovery housing model has been awarded grants, contracts, and they have numerous relationships with clinical programs.

Sherri Candelario, Ph.D.

Sherri Candelario is the co-founder of Kate’s House Foundation®.

Sherri is a graduate of University of Washington Medical School with a doctorate in pharmacology.
She is a patent counsel and has worked with numerous biotechnology start up companies.

Their vision for shared housing that is both a real estate investment and changes the lives of vulnerable people has swept the nation.

Their shared housing model supports people who are on medication and who have management from agencies.
